Processing output: accessibility reports, issue details, remediation status, extracted text, JSON, Markdown, bounding boxes, headings, table data, generated accessible text, and exported files.

Usage and technical data: IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, pages visited, API requests, task status, error logs, file size/page count metadata, and security events.

Billing information: plan, checkout status, billing identifiers, and payment status. Payment card details are handled by third-party payment providers and are not stored directly by PDFAccessibility.ai.

We use information to operate the service, authenticate users, process uploaded PDFs, generate accessibility reports, remediate documents, provide Smart PDF RAG outputs, manage subscriptions, enforce usage limits, improve reliability, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, and meet legal or security obligations.

We may use aggregated or de-identified operational data to improve product quality, performance, security, and user experience. We do not use your uploaded documents to train public AI models.

Uploaded documents are processed to provide the requested product workflow, including accessibility analysis, remediation, manual edits, export, conversion, or structured parsing for RAG/API use cases.

Some workflows may use trusted infrastructure providers or AI providers to analyze content, generate accessible text, extract structure, or support document intelligence features. We only send the information needed to provide the requested functionality.

You should not upload documents unless you have the right to process them through PDFAccessibility.ai and any connected service providers used to deliver the product.
